These terms and conditions (“these terms”) apply to the Sleepwave User Interview (“the Interview”) run by Reviva Softworks Ltd (“Reviva Softworks”, “we”, “us”), whose registered office is 10C Printing House Yard, Hackney Road, London, United Kingdom, E2 7PR.
Each eligible participant who completes the Interview will receive one voucher (“the Voucher”), subject to these terms. By taking part in the Interview, you agree to these terms.
The Interview is open to existing Sleepwave users aged 18 or over who receive an invitation from us by email or in-app message.
The Interview opens at 00:00 (UK time) on 28/10/2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 28/11/2026 (“the Promotion Period”).
Interviews completed after the Promotion Period closes will not be eligible for a Voucher.
Taking part is free. No purchase or payment is required.
Employees of Reviva Softworks, their immediate families, and anyone else connected with running the Interview are not eligible.
Each person may take part in the Interview, and receive a Voucher, only once.
Each participant who completes the Interview will receive one £25 Amazon e-gift voucher.
The Voucher is non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
If the Voucher becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may replace it with an alternative of equal or greater value.
The Voucher is subject to the issuer’s own terms and conditions, including any expiry date.
We will email the Voucher to the address you gave us within 14 days of completing the Interview.
If we need further details from you to send the Voucher and you do not reply within 14 days of our first email, the Voucher may be forfeited.
The Voucher may also be forfeited if you do not provide a valid email address or do not meet the eligibility requirements.
We are not responsible for Interviews that cannot be completed because of a technical fault of any kind, including hardware, software, network or server failure.
We will use the personal data you provide to run the Interview and send your Voucher, in line with our Privacy Notice.
With your permission, the Interview may be recorded. Recordings are used only by our team for research and are not shared publicly.
We will only quote you or use your responses in marketing materials if you give separate, explicit consent. Saying no will not affect your Voucher.
The Interview is run by Reviva Softworks. Our decision on any matter relating to the Interview is final.
These terms are the entire agreement between you and Reviva Softworks about your participation in the Interview.
We may refuse a Voucher to anyone who breaches these terms.
We may cancel, suspend or amend the Interview if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary.
These terms are governed by English law, and the English courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
